GREEN LOTUS
Green Lotus is a family business where everyone has a role to play, everyone does what they enjoy the most. It is our family and life philosophy that we fulfil here. We enjoy the satisfaction of our clients and are constantly working to improve our service.
Assignment
For Greenlotus.sk we have been preparing the newsletter, graphics for social networks and managing the old website for a long time.
The brief for the new website was clear. The client needed a newer design, bilingualism and most importantly a link to GramCRM.
Design and implementation
The website is custom built according to our design in which we took into account the preservation of the website identity and structure.
For creation we chose CMS WordPress with proven tools Elementor PRO and extension Crocoblock. Responsive version, SEO and optimization for fast loading were not forgotten either.
For multilingualism we used WPML.org.
Technical specification of the web solution
01. Client's requirements
- Modernisation of design
- Easy administration
- Interfacing with GramCRM
- Ecommerce solution
- Order form
- Language translations
02. Ecommerce
For ecommerce we chose Woocommerce and prepared it for selling products (Gift Card).
Through woocommerce it is possible to book a massage and pay directly on the site. Then the booking is transferred to GramCRM via api.
The customer will receive an email notification as well as a notification to the front desk of the new reservation.
03. CMS WordPress
Greenlotus was previously running on OctoberCMS, which did not suit the client’s needs.
We prepared the new website in OpenSource CMS WordPress.
04. More linguistics
The new website now makes it easy to translate everything into any language.
We used the WPML plugin, which is the most used and most sophisticated extension for translating web pages.
05. Api synchronization GramCRM
CMS WordPress was connected via api to GramCRM, which is used by the client for booking management and other things.
All data from the website is transmitted:
- Orders -> Leady – marked “order”
- Reservation via form -> Leady – with “reservation”
Customer data is stored in GramCRM and the synchronized data is referred to as “Import”
The client then sees all order and booking data in GramCRM.
